A country blessed with fresh water and coast bodies without a seafood production plan . “ Vision is the audacity to act ”. The Global Freshwater was $241.47 Billion in 2024 and projected to reach $249.93 Billion in 2025 . With over 11 viable river basin dams , not inclusive of hydroelectricity dams , one begins to wonder what’s the plan of the Marine Ministry
